In previous roles as a General Manager, I have led high-performing departments, focusing on customer and membership engagement, online profile development, and positive company culture. I spearheaded cross-functional departmental strategies aligned with business goals, achieving significant milestones.

With over 20 years of General Management and a focus on the full employee lifecycle, experience in e-commerce and NFP industries, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Business, my leadership, strategic mindset, and team-building skills were honed during eight years of service in the Australian Army, which included two tours in the Middle East, including Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Dubai.
